s.Oliver Wurzburg - Bamberg

photo: Fiba.com The official opening of the Germany Bundesliga will take place on tonight's evening completely full Wurzburg arena as all tickets are sold out. Wurzburg after 2016 season comes with changes. 3 key athletes Ulmer, Lane, Odum and head coach Spradley been replaced by sophisticated coach Dirk Bauermann (former Brose Baskets & German National team) in addition with main chiefs Clifford Hammonds and Robin Benzig they cut the deal with Lithuanian basketball school representatives hustler Lipkevicius and all-inclusive Olisevicius (whose shape curve is rising every year). Moreover solid back-court guy Abdul (ex VEF), Richardson (ex Spirou) and Anderson (ex Antwerp) joined team. It's a pity Wurzburg will miss Anderson as he’s still injured, but the overall of GM work during the off-season might push Wurzburg to the next level among Top 8-12 Bundesliga teams. Brose Baskets is most dominate Germany basketball club in past decade. But this season they kinda

BK Valmiera - Latvijas Universitate

photo: http://www.bk.lu.lv Latvia basketball league and for starters we take Valmiera vs. Latvia University game. Might be a possibility that Valmiera cut some budget during the offseason as they gonna start with definitely younger and less experienced roster in front with last mahican Janis Kaufmanis and a charismatic, prospect coach Sandis Valters. ( more info: http://www.bkvalmiera.lv/posts/intervija-ar-valmiera-ordo-galveno-treneri-kristapu-valteru) Latvia’s University - the bottom of bottom teams and they hasn't changed much. I consider them to be more ready in the start of the season as 6 players took a big part of that bronze medal Latvia basketball team in Students Universiade a month ago. What's more during the beginning there's a lot of possibilities to catch some juicy and mysterious odds in Baltic basketball league, team Siauliai (Lithuania) already proved that at the start. I don't want to go here with deep analysis, that been profitable for me

Eurobasket2017 Final: Slovenia - Serbia

photo: Fiba.com It all comes down to the last Sunday night's big final where both Slovenia and Serbia are looking to add a gratifying chapter to their basketball history. For such a small nation Slovenia who never been tasting of any purity medals in their independent country history it's already wonderful life moment as fans are flooding Istambul. Even though Serbian's been successfull during the past championships, they could hardly remember their last fortunate Eurobasket as it was 8 years ago. This game is a lot controversial and I honestly could describe any team as a winner here and who can't deny that they aren't...? No one expected to see Slovenians who always lacked succes during most important games or Serbians with their almost 2nd squad here in Eurobasket finals. Should we bet here or just enjoy? Well it's really up to everyone's. But I see some value I want to try: winning margin 3 way - any other result (any team must win more than 6

Eurobasket2017 Quarter-finals: Slovenia - Latvia

photo: Fiba.com     Good evening ladies and gentlemen. This is some late forecast for Eurobasket 2017 quarter final Slovenia-Latvia game. With wasting no time here I notice that I gave 55% Slovenia to win here, after odds dropped on Latvia, I see some value here as my expected value ratio is now over 1.20. First of all I been talking a lot about Latvia and to add more we are still not sure about their capabilities here. Basically I see more % probability to crash on Latvia side than on Slovenia. By meaning of crash I give Lithuania and Finland example - teams who been good so far, had potential and had played the worst game in most importang stage of championship. Why to crash? They had short preparation, and basically only home games, while they came to champ and played terribly-chaotic with no plays vs poor playing Serbia (lost by 10), then had two wins vs. low's - Belgium and Britain, the last one wasn't that easy, Latvia was leading about 25 and then in late

Eurobasket2017 Group C: Hungary - Czech Republic

photo: Fiba.com Again pushing the big odds here. Czech's playing smart and on the basketball IQ level they are higher than Hungary, that's obstacle here. But... If we look deep into the squad Czech lost some uncontested front-runners Vesely and Shibb. There's still Satoransky but Hruban and Kritz ain't that guys to cover the loophole. What's more Hungarians didn't have a chance to see real star Hanga who's been the chief of the movement in 2016 qualification round (6W0L in group with Macedonia and Great Britain) averaging ~20ppg with lots of defensive presents. So far cuz of injuries in limited time he's been averaging only 6.5 ppg & 3.5 eff index. What if he finaly steps up to a gives his credits next to the Henchman Vojvoda? Another thing Hungary never had chance to play with full squad in friendly's. There was either Keller, Hanga (both 2 missed a lot from start) or Vojvoda missing that is 90% of the team. Well this one is basically for th

Eurobasket2017 Group B: Germany - Israel

photo: Fiba.com I don't want to get philosophical here but there is a lot things I don't like about this bet starting from Israel's lack of talent and consistency in finishing to massive odds drop on Germany but a lot of forecasting bettors online going with Israel that confuses me who is dropping the odds. BUT. This is a SIN not to try these odds. I talked yesterday about Germany, that it was value to bet, cuz Georgia was lucky vs. Lithuania. Equal situation here Italians started perfect with coach Messina infront, then Isreal got angry Lithuanians whose curve only gonna fall up. Now it's again value to try, I don't expect things could go worser, cuz Israel already was 50 feet below the crap. What I expect is showing some dignity for the fans and considerable fight. Lastly, maybe Israel will lose but it's not gonna be double digits, very worth to try since we have such odds. Pick:  Israel (Win) @  3.00 4/10 William Hill (by: surrealite)

Eurobasket2017 Group B: Israel - Lithuania

photo: Fiba.com Well if Lithuania lost accidentally to Georgia by losing control in late game the Israel had no discipline at all facing Italians. A bit pity Israel comes after 21 point lose game, being a hosts they cant make consecutive atrocious performances in 2 rounds. This is a minus on the gambling side, but technically Lithuanians can't 0/2 either. Isreal is much weaker in the paint. When Lithuania can play strech four with Kuzminskas and Motiejunas, Israel has Eliyahu who has weak body & can't shoot from the distance, Howel is 2.06 and Pnini is undersized limited veteran. If Lithuania has poor perimeter defenders on shooting guards and gonna have much trouble against Belineli & CO, Omri Casspi is the pure slowfootworking food to feed the Lion defence anchor Maciulis. Mekel can't shoot 3pt either and no matter Isreal will try to compensate their cons on playing fast I already did too much scouting in 5 mins, so I can't see any other scenario than i

Eurobasket2017 Group D: Russia - Serbia

photo: Fiba.com Game in 45mins, so can't say much arguments, but this is a 9 units bet. Why? Serbia is basketball nation and despite they came with second squad, they are full of potential, but Latvia overheated during 1st game and had no plan to stop Serbian's possesion game, just went for random GSW offence. Meanwhile Russians play emotionaly, seems to have good chemistry unlike in blowout year 2013. In 2015 they lost all games by 3pts margin, but now they have Shved, he is a mess and ballhogger, but you cant questionate his leadership, so far he made the hugest late game shot in this champ finishing with 22pts and finally growed the confidence level in Russians mentality. Mozgov can stop Marjanovic in low-post unlike Porzingis, this is a huge value its a rival teams game. Pick: Russia  +9.00 (AH) @  1.862 6/10 Pinnacle (by: surrealite) Russia (ML) @  4.5 3/10 Pinnacle (by: surrealite)

Eurobasket2017 Group B: Georgia - Germany

photo: Fiba.com      Took -3 Germany @3.40, but this one became massive. Ok still value. Georgia has strong starting line-up even without questionable Tsintsadze. They played with heart last game vs. Lithuania and always been, but i hope Germans will and must take the advantage of the home support. Markoishvili isn't the best shape so is Pachulia. Shengelia is ready for the champ while Schroder is already lights out here. So despite German lacks more individual keys as Schroder, they move ball in positional offence and odds are still worth to try cosidering all the facts. Pick: Germany  -1.50 (AH) @  2.75 6/10 William Hill (by: surrealite)

Eurobasket2017 Group A: Greece - France

photo: Fiba.com Two elite rivals and last Eurobasket Top5 teams gets together on the 2nd round game in Helsinki. Greeks drowned Iceland vikings boat albeit it shouldn't be the reference point considering their struggle during the whole preparation and basically the ending at home Athens (loosing to Georgia, Serbia x2 in prep). They will need to find true leader after Gianis couldn't manage to be part of the team. I can't find many now, when at the same time French has De Colo and Fournier as massive perimeter threat. Even tho they clumsily ended up the deja vu of 2015's start with Finns, I see them coming up more concentrated from the first minutes alike in 2015's while pecking the Bosnians in biggest margin as a bronze club company. Anyways, French are likewise in the act of reconnoitering, but the situation after 1st round dictates to benefit from HT. Alternative Pick:  J. Lauvergne over 10.5 (betsafe) Pick: France HT  -2.50 (AH) @   1.88 7/10 SBOBET
